Erinma Belll (Chairperson CEO) and Joe Malaika ( Trustee)  are both memebers  of  C.A.R.I.S.M.A which stands for Community Alliance for Renewal , Inner South Manchester Area

The organisation has been active in building bridges between the community and the police and social services, helping to form an effective partnership against gang and gun culture which has contributed to a massive drop in gun crime

Erinma Bell MBE is also the Deputy Chair of The REACH Project. http://reach.direct.gov.uk

REACH is a programme for Black boys and young Black men, supporting and inspiring them to raise their aspirations, attainment and achievement.

The nXt Generation Community Interest Company (CIC) focuses on working with young people from the ages 9 -to- 25 yrs, our helping them reach their full potential in their chosen area of work. Providing them with opportunities such as:

• Projects (Self Esteem, Football, Sexual Health, Driving School, Events ect.)

• Job Opp's (Office, Construction, Bar, Youth & Community ect.)
