The organisation has been active in building bridges between the community and the police and social services, helping to form an effective partnership against gang and gun culture which has contributed to a massive drop in gun crime
Erinma Bell MBE is also the Deputy Chair of The REACH Project. http://reach.direct.gov.uk
REACH is a programme for Black boys and young Black men, supporting and inspiring them to raise their aspirations, attainment and achievement.
